We are called to create and called to carry. The love of the Father to a world that is weary. Hurt and heartache say it’s too tough. But in Christ there is always enough. Hold onto your revelation choose not to quit. The Lord has deposited and he has equipped. When circumstances come and try to define, you are a loser, you must draw a line. You are a winner victorious in Christ. He took all sin when he paid the price. When we experience the love of our dad, we feel like we belong, we’re really glad. Remember that even when we don’t feel, that we belong, our family is real. Don’t succumb to the lies that seek to breathe, death and destruction to our family. Stand together united as one, declare from the rooftops victory is won! Meditate on all that God has done. Don’t cease to praise God three in one. Remember dear family to grow through time. The time is now we are in our prime. Our ages differ but hearts are the same, to declare the truth, to lift Jesus’ name. Don’t let your circumstances say who you are, for God calls you beloved, you are a star. He loves you don’t strive in him rest. He’s asking us to give him our yes!
Change brings about uncertainty but also possibility. Don’t allow fear to hold you back from success. Whether you have been doing something for 20+ years or for a week, you have a choice to make. What do you believe about yourself, your circumstances, your present and your future? What have you learned from your past? Difficult situations present themselves at the most unopportune time. Don’t let your emotions determine the outcome of your day, week, month or year. Ask the Lord for wisdom, the ability to apply knowledge, to your circumstances. What we think on is what we believe. I’m working on thinking on truth presented in the Word of God. Scripture says in Colossians 3 to think on things above and not below. When I focus on my circumstances, I can easily become discouraged. I want to live my life from a place of victory no matter what happens. Some days I’m better at this than others, but I’m working on reminding myself of truth and asking the Lord to helps me believe it. I believe that God wants you and I to live from a place of victory, intimacy and rest. I’m guilty of striving to change. I think change can happen in an instance but often takes place over time. It is hard to wait to see the results time cultivates. Lord show us how to think on truth and not be deterred by circumstances! Help us create strong neuropathways that allow us to function at our best. Let our roots in truth go deep so we are strong and steady when winds gust and seasons of disappointment and discouragement try to tear us down. I trust you Lord. Meet every person who reads this in their situations and encourage them with truth!
I don’t know how to go through life on my own. I’m so thankful that no matter where I’m at, I’m not alone. Sometimes I feel like I can’t take another step. Then I’m reminded of Jesus and that he wept. He endured much pain leading up to the cross. He knows what it’s like to suffer and endure great loss. I’m thankful for his character and the life that he lead. I’m thankful for his sacrifice and the blood he shed. Though the enemy always tries to deceive, Jesus is greater and the Holy Spirit is in me. I don’t have to live a life of fear. Father speak truth and bless my ears. I’ll follow your voice, may I listen and hear. I know that you are with me, you are always near! Step by step, lead the way. Lord I want to do all you say. I love when I’m walking with you in stride, in both the high and low tide. Give me the strength to follow you. No matter where you lead, may I walk with you!
When love is experienced everything is ok. You wonder why you can’t feel this way every day. The truth is God loves you and you have a choice. You can live as a son or daughter or you can be distracted by the noise. The world will fill your mind and the enemy will feed you lies, but God will be your Father and never leave your side. There will be times you feel like he’s no where to be found, but take time to listen he’s speaking, hear his sound? He’s that gentle whisper that says it’s going to be ok. I know you don’t understand why I don’t always answer when you pray. But I promise you I hear everything you say. Child I love you, come be with me today. He will not force you to comply, he even loves you when you ask why. You don’t have to continue to strive, to prove you have value while you’re alive. You are treasured in God’s eyes. It’s why he sent his son die. For if Jesus never died, we would be seperated forever you and I. But because perfect blood was shed, now we can live instead. When Jesus conquered the grave, he left but the Holy Spirit came. Ask him to lead you, you’ll never be the same. When you’re going through many trials and everything seems to pile. He will give you the ability to persevere and the courage to conquer your fears. Live as a son or daughter and receive the love of God the Father. When you work from a place of rest you realize that God’s the best. You don’t have to strive to be loved, he is a gentle as a dove. When you let him speak life to you, you feel rejuvenated and renewed. Love changes everything! What a beautiful gift from a king. Be carriers of this precious gift. It has the ability to lift, anyone from anything. Love changes everything!
Brokenness is hard but beautiful to me. When you’re struggling child bring me your needs. I’m your strength and comfort in the storm. I knew you child before you were born. Lean on me and the Body of Christ. On the cross Jesus suffered and paid the price. Before that he was tempted and he was tried. Yes Jesus wept, yes he cried. He was insulted and mocked, but death set us free. Children run, run to me. Don’t try to be strong for you are weak. Learn to humble, learn to be meek. Ask me to come and help you each day. I’m the only truth, I’m the only way. Brokenness is beautiful in my eyes. Just tell me the truth, nothing’s a surprise!
Sometimes you go through times where you tell yourself over and over again, “I can do it.” As Dory would say on Finding Nemo “just keep swimming.” I am currently dealing with situations that I’ve never been trained for. Life throws curve balls and we have to adjust. This post is for those of you who are struggling to get through another day. Some situations seem hopeless. I can’t argue with the statement, “life is hard.”
The only I know to do is ask God to renew my hope. To bring hope where there is none. To bring comfort in the midst of pain. To bring peace to the chaos. To bring light to the darkness. To bring wisdom when confusion is present. When I start asking God for these things and speaking truth about who God is, I find myself filled with a little more hope. Sometimes all we need is a glimmer to help us through difficult times.
I recently started my first job as a speech language pathologist. The job came up quickly, I was hired quickly and started almost immediately. I’m going through a myriad of emotions and find myself adjusting to many new changes. I’ve struggled with anxiety during this time. I’ve been discouraged and overwhelmed. But in the midst of what seems like chaos, I know I am learning and growing. I make a conscious decision daily, often multiple times daily, to learn from my mistakes and keep going. I want to be a light to the students on my caseload and my colleagues. Changes are hard, but I have hope. Thank you Lord for giving me hope. We all need hope to help keep us going! I encourage you to embrace the change and transition. Give yourself grace as you learn. My prayer for everyone who reads this post is that peace would rest on you and that you would have an overwhelming sense of love. That grace would abound and hope would prevail.
